CANCELLATION POLICY
At THE STUDIO TAVO, every appointment is intentionally reserved and thoughtfully prepared. To honor the time, energy, and care dedicated to each session, the following policy applies: * A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. * Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service total. * No-shows will incur a fee equal to 100% of the reserved service total. * Any deposit already paid will be applied toward the applicable cancellation or no-show fee. * Any outstanding fee must be resolved before a future appointment may be reserved. I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. This policy exists not to penalize, but to protect the time specifically reserved for each guest and to allow THE STUDIO TAVO to continue providing focused, unrushed, and intentional care.
