CANCELLATION POLICY
At The Studio, by TAVO, every appointment is intentionally reserved and thoughtfully prepared. To honor the time, energy, and care that goes into each session, the following policy applies: • A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 30% charge of the original service price. • Any deposit made will be applied toward this 30% cancellation fee. • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, are subject to this policy. This policy allows me to respect my time while continuing to offer each guest a focused, unrushed, and elevated experience.
